In Long Beach, we will introduce the four-step framework local governments use to transform scattered real estate data into strategic decisions. In this session, local government leaders will bring that framework to life by sharing where they are in the process—from evaluating the need for a business case to building one and putting it into action.

Participants will gain practical guidance from JLL and a hands-on worksheet built around a go/no-go scorecard for assessing underutilized public assets. Attendees are encouraged to come with a specific property in mind and will leave with a clearer understanding of whether that asset is ready to move forward, along with the key challenges that may need to be addressed first.
