The Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) 2.0 is designed for early- to mid-level professionals who aspire to higher leadership positions within local government. This innovative six-month program offers flexible learning tracks, interactive workshops, inspiring keynote sessions, and opportunities for networking and mentorship. The program aims to equip participants with the soft and technical skills necessary to address modern challenges and opportunities in local government.
This program will begin on January 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. and will conclude on June 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
