Local government leaders are routinely confronted by “wicked” challenges that involve diverse stakeholders each with their own preferred solution.  Often there are is great uncertainty on how to proceed.  This webinar will focus on the nature of adaptive leadership and explore how to discern a general direction and lead when you don’t know the way.
